Our Hospital Care at Home Program enables patients to receive hospital-level care from the comfort of their homes rather than in a hospital. Our team of experts will treat and monitor patient health with the highest level of care. Our Hospital Care at Home services include: A care team comprises physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, paramedics, and registered nurses. Laboratory, infusion therapy, wound care, imaging, PT, OT, and EKG services. Advanced practice provider in-home visit. Virtual specialty provider consults. Medication delivery services. Education & Experience: RN License in Delaware or a Compact State BSN preferred or committed to acquiring BSN within 3 years of the hire date. A minimum of three years of med/surg experience as an RN is required. Critical Care experience is a plus. BLS required.
