We are looking for a highly proactive, versatile, and curious Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Content Creator as the core engine driving content for our brand entities. You will thrive in a culture that values output, critical thinking, and continuous improvement.

Your primary mission is to turn complex, seemingly dry topics such as health, car, and EV insurance, as well as personal growth, into engaging, digestible, and value-packed content that genuinely resonates with our audience’s lives.
You will own the entire lifecycle of content across Facebook, SEO Blogs, and External Platforms, while also acting as our PR & Event correspondent when our leadership team participates in industry events.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Facebook & Social Content
- Research, brainstorm, create, and publish engaging Facebook posts (both static and Video Reels).
- Act as the "face" of our short-form video content. You’ll be comfortable presenting tips, trends, or life at Sunday stories in a natural, engaging way.
- Continuously monitor content performance and proactively test new angles to improve results.
2. SEO Blog & Long-Form Content
- Perform keyword research and draft well-researched, reader-friendly blog posts that simplify insurance, health, motor, EV, and lifestyle concepts for everyday consumers.
- Analyze blog traffic and optimize content for long-term organic growth.
3. Others
- Craft authentic, trust-building content and distribute it across targeted external channels or communities.
- Accompany our management team or assigned attendees to industry events to capture live insights and raw content. Take the lead in drafting event scoops or recaps, turning key takeaways from a live session into valuable posts and blog content for our community.
- Identify organic opportunities, viral trends, and creative angles to gain free media exposure and expand brand awareness without relying on big-budget ad campaigns.
Who You Are
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Media (Fresh grads with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Fast Learner & Critical Thinker: Able to quickly master new domain knowledge (Insurance, Health, EV) and find unique creative angles that go beyond standard "informational" posts.
- Versatile Content Skills: Skilled at drafting clear text and comfortable on camera for short-form video content (Reels/Shorts).
- Strong Ownership & Discipline: Comfortable with deadlines, cross-functional work, and can manage multiple content threads independently.
- Growth & Performance Mindset: Enthusiastic about analyzing your own content performance and constantly iterating to get better results.
- Authentic AI Literacy: Able to use AI as a smart assistant for brainstorming, outlining, or rapid research, but refusing to let AI do 100% of the thinking, execution, or creative lifting.
- Research Prowess: Ability to take a broad idea (e.g., "Procrastination") and find the specific data or "why" behind it to make the content stand out, not just researching and rewriting the information.
