Vendors TeamtailorGTM Engineer - Freelance
The fashion industry is responsible for 5–10% of global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. As pressure for climate action grows, more companies are turning to carbon management tools. But most platforms are generic, lacking the depth needed for driving real change in fashion.
Carbonfact is the Environmental Intelligence Platform built specifically for the textile and fashion industry. We turn messy, real-world business data into environmental intelligence — enabling any fashion company to measure, model, reduce and report on its impact with confidence.
We’ve raised $17M from top-tier investors including Alven, Headline, and Y Combinator, and we’re already trusted by leading brands like Carhartt, GANNI, On, Marc O’Polo, Burton, Armedangels, Jack Wolfskin, and many more.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Freelance GTM Engineer to optimize the systems behind our marketing and sales engine: HubSpot, data, lead routing, enrichment and the AI tools our BDR team uses every day. You will work side by side with our Campaign and BDR Manager, Marketing Director and Head of Sales.
What you will do
HubSpot admin and data quality
Build an automated system to keep accounts, contacts and up to date.
Source new target companies, enrich contacts with Clay, and clean up stale or departed contacts.
Build and maintain segments and lists for campaigns, events, webinars, workshops and outbound.
Monitor and improve email deliverability: domain health, sender setup, list hygiene, bounce and spam management.
Lead management and routing
Maintain and improve our HubSpot workflows: inbound and lead assignment, owner matching.
Improve lead qualification and scoring criteria.
GTM automation and AI tooling
Build and maintain AI workflows, automations and skills for sales and marketing (Clay, Claude, n8n and similar).
Set up and run the technical side of LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
Build signal-based prospecting: trigger outreach from signals such as job changes, hiring, funding or regulatory news in our market.
Spot repetitive manual work across marketing and sales and automate it.
Document what you build so the team can use it and you can hand it over.
Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, RevOps or marketing ops role at a B2B SaaS company
You have hands-on experience in Hubspot admin (workflows, lists, lead assignment, data cleanup) and Clay (enrichment waterfalls, AI columns, syncing data with CRM)
Experience building automations with tools such as n8n, Make or Zapier, and working with APIs and webhooks
Working knowledge of email deliverability and LinkedIn outreach tooling
You work independently on a part-time schedule, communicate clearly in writing, and have high fluency in English
Nice to have
Experience with sequencers or LinkedIn tools (HubSpot Sequences, HeyReach, Lemlist or similar)
Basic SQL or scripting (Python, JavaScript)
Experience supporting a BDR team or an account-based motion
