Requirements: You must hold a Valid UK Manual Driving Licence
What’s on offer:
- Rate of Pay: £14.59 per hour
- Day Shift: 06:00 am to 18:00pm (12-hour shifts)
- Shift Pattern: 4 ON 4 OFF
- Weekly Pay (every Friday)
- Full training
- Temp to Perm (performance-based)
Key Duties:
- Lead and allocate daily tasks, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to required standards.
- Supervise colleagues, complete quality checks and report any issues or damage to management.
- Drive the company van around the site, transporting colleagues to designated work areas and collecting and transporting rubbish as required.
- Oversee and undertake sweeping, litter picking and bin emptying across car parks, drop-off zones and bus shelters.
- Ensure lifts, stairwells, walkways and high-touch areas are cleaned and sanitised.
- Ensure colleagues follow all health & safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Support and guide the team, leading by example and addressing day-to-day operational issues.
- The role involves physical activity and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Essential: Full valid driving licence and Blue Pass.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties appropriate to the role.
Requirements:

- UK Settled Status (If applicable)
- Proof of National Insurance
- Proof of (current) Address
- 5 Year Address History
- 5 Year Work Reference History
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements.
- Previous airport and/or cleaning experience would be beneficial
