Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development, you’ll partner with HR and Talent Management colleagues to implement programs, improve processes, and deliver defined workstreams. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month. Onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company. What You'll Do Analyze talent movement, succession coverage, performance, and development data using Excel, Workday, and other tools. Turn findings into clear reports and insights that inform talent recommendations and workforce decisions. Coordinate defined project workstreams, partner decisions, and timelines with HR colleagues, Talent Management Business Partners, and leaders. Create tools and communications, and facilitate sessions that help leaders and People Partners use talent processes. Improve program processes and responsibly explore digital tools, automation, and AI to reduce manual work and strengthen analysis. What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, HR, people analytics, HR technology, consulting, or a related field. Foundational knowledge of talent practices such as performance management, talent assessment, succession planning, or employee development. Strong Excel and data skills, including the ability to identify patterns and communicate useful insights. Experience with HR technology or talent platforms; Workday experience is helpful but not required.
