Design and lead the unified organization, including team structure, roles, reporting lines, and the capacity model needed to absorb future ERP/MES handoffs. Build and retain a high-performing team across Application Management, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, blending internal talent, program transitions, and third-party resources into one operating model, with a career framework that grows current-state expertise into future-state platform skills. Own third-party managed services partners end to end. Define and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and escalation paths, run monthly operational and quarterly strategic governance reviews, and lead negotiations, scope expansions, and renewals with Procurement so the vendor model scales with growth. Own the full budget (headcount, vendor contracts, licenses, tooling, and operational spend) and drive cost optimization by rationalizing contracts and services, consolidating tooling, and reducing overhead without compromising resilience. Serve as the single accountable technology contact for operating groups across commercial, sales & services, operations, finance, and planning, and facilitate structured escalation when program timelines conflict with sustain obligations.
