Asegurar la continuidad operacional y evolución de infraestructuras de redes y seguridad, participando en la administración, operación y resolución de incidentes de complejidad media y alta en ambientes Enterprise, Data Center y servicios administrados. Serás responsable de realizar troubleshooting avanzado sobre plataformas de Networking y Seguridad, trabajando con distintas tecnologías y fabricantes, tales como Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Juniper y Fortinet. Principales responsabilidades: Gestionar y resolver incidentes de complejidad media y alta en redes y seguridad, realizando diagnóstico y troubleshooting avanzado. Administrar, operar y brindar soporte a infraestructuras de Networking y Seguridad en ambientes Enterprise y Data Center. Administrar y diagnosticar soluciones de seguridad perimetral y firewalls, trabajando con tecnologías como Cisco Firepower/FMC, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Juniper o Fortinet. Realizar troubleshooting de infraestructura de redes, incluyendo Routing & Switching, conectividad, protocolos de enrutamiento y VPN. Ejecutar cambios, upgrades, migraciones y actividades de mantenimiento en ambientes productivos, considerando riesgos e impacto. Realizar análisis de causa raíz (RCA), gestionar escalaciones técnicas con fabricantes y mantener actualizada la documentación de las soluciones. Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y automatización, además de transferir conocimientos a equipos N1 y otros niveles de soporte. Brindar orientación y acompañamiento técnico a clientes, manteniendo una comunicación clara, cercana y orientada a la resolución de sus necesidades. Requisitos excluyentes: Título profesional en Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Redes y Conectividad, Sistemas, Informática, Electrónica o carrera afín. Contar con al menos 4 años de experiencia en soporte, administración y troubleshooting de redes y/o seguridad. Experiencia práctica en Networking y Seguridad, con autonomía y conocimientos técnicos equivalentes a un nivel N2. Experiencia en ambientes Enterprise, Data Center, NOC, servicios administrados u operaciones críticas. Conocimientos sólidos de Networking, Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, NAT y VPN. Experiencia práctica en administración, soporte o troubleshooting de tecnologías de seguridad de red, tales como Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Juniper, Fortinet o Cisco Firepower. Capacidad para diagnosticar incidentes, analizar logs, ejecutar troubleshooting y gestionar problemas técnicos de manera autónoma. Requisitos deseables: Certificaciones Palo Alto Networks. Certificación Cisco CCNA y/o conocimientos de CCNP Enterprise / Security. Experiencia con Cisco IOS/IOS-XE, Nexus/NX-OS, Cisco Firepower/FMC y Cisco SD-WAN. Experiencia con Fortinet, F5 BIG-IP, Check Point y/o Juniper. Conocimientos de VMware, Linux e ITIL. Conocimientos de Python, Ansible y APIs REST. Experiencia en automatización y herramientas de observabilidad.
