Tasks & Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC tool grinding machines for PCD tool pocket and flute grinding production Manufacture and recondition PCD drills, end mills, reamers, step drills, and special cutting tools. Read and interpret engineering drawings and tool designs. Perform tool measurements using tool presetters, microscopes, and measuring instruments. Optimize grinding parameters to achieve required tool geometry and surface finish. Conduct quality inspections and maintain production records. Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Experience in PCD tool manufacturing and regrinding. Knowledge of CNC tool grinding machines and NUMUTO software Ability to read technical drawings and tool geometry specifications. Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality standards. Understanding of cutting tool applications and machining processes. Profile & Requirements: ITI/Diploma / Engineering or related field. 3-8 years of experience in PCD tool manufacturing and regrinding. Hands-on experience with CNC tool grinding machines. Ability to read engineering drawings and understand tool geometries. Knowledge of PCD drills, end mills, reamers, and special cutting tools. Proficient in using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and machine setup skills. Familiarity with cutting tool applications, machining processes, and safety standards.
