Lead line balancing and capacity analysis activities to maximize production efficiency. Develop operator training materials, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Analyze and improve material flow across manufacturing operations. How You Will Do It Analyze manufacturing processes and identify optimization opportunities. Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams. Lead process improvement projects focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Support capacity planning, manpower planning, and line balancing activities. Develop and maintain production layouts that support safe and efficient operations. Create clear operator instructions, standard work documents, and training manuals. Perform time studies, workflow analysis, and methods engineering activities to improve productivity. Evaluate and optimize material flow and manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing principles. What We Look For Solid experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Methods Engineering, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of process optimization, work measurement, time studies, and production planning principles. Experience with production flow design, plant layout optimization, and workstation design. Experience developing operator instructions, standard work procedures, and training documentation. Knowledge of line balancing, capacity calculations, manpower planning, and workflow optimization. Understanding of material flow analysis and lean manufacturing methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills. Experience driving operational efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction initiatives.
