Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead global financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic business objectives. Deliver timely management reporting and actionable insights for senior business and finance stakeholders. Analyze financial results, trends, risks, and opportunities to enable informed decision-making. Challenge assumptions and drive performance improvements through rigorous, data-led financial analysis. Develop forecasting models and early-warning mechanisms that strengthen financial visibility and accuracy. Partner with business leaders to identify growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, and value-creation initiatives. Conduct profitability, resource-allocation, and benchmarking analyses to guide long-term business priorities. Essential Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Significant financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting experience within a complex global organization. Advanced analytical capability and confidence translating financial data into clear, actionable business insights. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support senior leaders with strategic decision-making. Experience improving processes and implementing effective financial planning and reporting solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in a global, cross-functional environment.
