Key Accountabilities: Customer Quality Leadership: Lead CQE activities to ensure customer specifications, requests, audits, and quality expectations are effectively managed and communicated. Customer Complaint and Corrective Action Management: Drive timely containment, root cause analysis, corrective action, preventive action, and customer response until closure. Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, QA, and other related functions to resolve quality issues, improve process capability, and support customer satisfaction. Quality Improvement and Data-driven Decision Making: Use quality tools, statistical analysis, data analytics, and digital approaches to identify trends, prevent recurrence, and improve quality performance. People Development and QA Flexibility: Coach CQE members and support role flexibility or rotation within QA functions to strengthen overall department capability. Key Qualifications: Education Qualification: BS in Electronics, Physics, Chemistry or related field Technical Competence & Skills: Quality Control and Reliability Control ISO 9001 Auditor and ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 preferably. Statistical Process Control Failure Mode and Effect Analysis 7 Quality Control Tools Regression and Correlation Sampling Plan Process Capability Analysis Measurement System Analysis Statistical Problem Solving Geometric Dimension and Tolerance Material Science Audit Skill Data Analytical Skill AI, digitalization, automation, machine learning, and data analytics knowledge or practical experience is preferred and will be an advantage during the hiring process Ability to translate customer quality data into actionable improvement plans and communicate insights to cross-functional teams. Leadership Competence: Manufacturing Management Skill Project Management Skill Strong understanding of customer quality requirements, complaint handling processes, corrective action management, and audit support activities. Relevant Experience: Experience in Electronic or HDD field. Experience managing customer quality issues, responding to CARs/SCARs, leading root cause investigations, and supporting customer audits in a manufacturing environment. Others: Effective of Communication and Negotiation Skill. Computer and Presentation Skill. Good command of both written and spoken Thai and English.
