- Job Title: NDLS Booking Line Agent

SGS are seeking a a full-time Booking Line Agent to join our Galway office to support our NDLS customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure all calls received are answered in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete all NDLSFO duties and responsibilities in accordance with relevant procedures and performance agreement.
- Process bookings & cancellations for NDLS Customers
- Ensure the Data Protection is always adhered to as per the 8 Principles of Data Protection
- Ensure a full understanding of SOP’s and Scripts
- Ensure all agreed operational procedures & scripts are strictly complied with.
- Manage confidential information securely and in line with Records Management and Data Protection Policies
- Lead by example and demonstrate SGS values.
- Maintain and ensure good employee relations.
- Complete daily administration
- Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct
- Present a professional image of the company through personal grooming and presentation
- At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
- Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity, and act in accordance with SGS Ireland’s Equality & Diversity Policy
