Ihre Aufgaben Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines globalen Cloud & Data Center Operations Teams Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen Betriebs der Cloud- und Data-Center-Plattformen Verantwortung für Verfügbarkeit, Performance, Servicequalität sowie die Einhaltung definierter SLAs und KPIs Weiterentwicklung der Cloud- und Data-Center-Plattformen einschließlich der zugehörigen Betriebsmodelle Steuerung von Cloud-, Hosting- und Data-Center-Providern sowie fachliche Führung externer Partner Sicherstellung von Backup-, Recovery-, Hochverfügbarkeits- und Business-Continuity-Anforderungen Verantwortung für Kapazitätsplanung, Lifecycle Management und technische Weiterentwicklung der Plattformservices Analyse technischer Risiken, Störungen und Kapazitätsanforderungen sowie Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen Planung und Umsetzung von Standardisierungs-, Automatisierungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen Unterstützung von Infrastruktur- und Transformationsprojekten sowie Überführung neuer Lösungen in den Betrieb (Build-to-Run) Sicherstellung von Security-, Compliance- und Governance-Anforderungen Verantwortung für Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Capacity-Management Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Information Security, IT Architecture, Application Management und weiteren IT-Bereichen Förderung der globalen Zusammenarbeit sowie Weiterentwicklung von Rollen, Prozessen und Kompetenzen im Team Unsere Anforderungen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud Operations oder Data Center Operations Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-Plattformen (z. B. Microsoft Azure, AWS) Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Virtualisierung, Compute, Storage, Backup, Recovery und Plattformbetrieb Erfahrung im Betrieb hybrider Infrastrukturumgebungen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Hosting-, Data-Center- und Cloud-Providern Kenntnisse in Business Continuity, Hochverfügbarkeit und Disaster Recovery Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge über Infrastruktur-, Netzwerk-, Cloud- und Anwendungssysteme hinweg zu analysieren und zu bewerten Gute Kenntnisse von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen (z.
