You will be responsible for cost accounting, budget planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis. You will collaborate with operations to ensure data accuracy and work with external audit and internal audit teams, to ensure compliance and effective audit outcomes. Job Location: Vishay Capella Microsystems (Taiwan) Limited is a well-known analog IC design company, specializing in optical electronic related products. Capella has a leading market position in the fast growing market for optical sensors such as ambient light and proximity sensors. Products including Integrated Photodiodes and I/V Amplifiers (PDICs), Plastic Optical Fiber (POF), Optical Encoders, RGB Sensors, LED Drivers, and IrDA compliant transceivers. What you will be doing: Provide monthly inventory reporting & product cost analysis as well as PNL analysis. Inventory accounting, including: Raw Material (Foundry) accounting WIP accounting Provision of inventory obsolescence Yearly standard cost setting Year-end physical inventory Disposal of excess and obsolescence inventory. Budget (strategic plan) and forecast exercise with Opto Division. Liaise with internal & external auditor RD project accrual, including accrual calculation and status tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned. What you will bring along: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably gained in a Big 4 public accounting firm, manufacturing cost accounting, or a combination of both. Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar systems is a plus. Detail-oriented with good analytical skills and understanding of key financial drivers to ensure accurate analysis and reporting. Problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
