Contributes to delivery of high-quality design and deliverables. Advocates for new features within a product to address customer needs. Tracks metrics for product adoption and success. Performs coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the development process under minimal supervision. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s (2 to 4 years Experience) or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (2 years of experience). Core CS: Strong grasp of Data Structures and Algorithms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java or Python or Golang or C or C++ Ability to architect and design distributed systems System Design: Ability to think critically about application scalability and cloud environments AI Tooling: Ability to use AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and automate testing. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to resolve complex technical problems. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results. Why Cisco?
