As a Salesforce Manager you will lead client support work within our Advisory practice, guiding Salesforce consulting efforts that help clients improve operational efficiency through solution analysis, implementation, training, and ongoing support. As a Manager you will motivate and develop team members, manage performance across assigned workstreams, and bring business insight, technology fluency, and a practical leadership style to client engagements. In this role at PwC, you will oversee Salesforce-related delivery activities, help shape work plans, review outputs, and support teams as they implement and refine application solutions that align with client objectives. Responsibilities - Leading Salesforce implementation workstreams across client service and case management initiatives - Managing project planning, budgeting, timelines, and delivery activities for Salesforce Service Cloud engagements - Guiding teams through requirements elicitation, process design, configuration, testing, and deployment - Analyzing client business needs and translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions that support service operations - Overseeing Salesforce administration, system integration, and platform enhancements across multiple environments - Coaching team members in solution delivery, issue resolution, and development of technical consulting skills - Reviewing deliverables for alignment with technical standards, project scope, and client objectives - Identifying opportunities to improve customer service workflows, field service operations, and cross-channel support processes What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems - At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications - Demonstrating Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience in client-facing settings - Leading project planning, budgeting, and delivery for Salesforce workstreams - Coaching team members through requirements gathering and solution design - Analyzing system interactions across business processes and technology - Applying Salesforce administration knowledge across service delivery enhancements Travel Requirements Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
