As a Veeva / CRM Specialist you will lead client support work across data and analytics engineering, guiding the design, configuration, and maintenance of CRM solutions that help clients turn information into usable insights. As a Manager you will coach team members, direct work streams, and use sound judgment to move projects forward while balancing quality, timelines, and changing client needs. In this role at PwC, you will work within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, bringing together data science thinking and CRM platform knowledge to support analysis, reporting, and business decisions across assigned client engagements. Responsibilities - Leading Veeva and CRM data science workstreams for client support engagements, aligning analytics delivery to business needs and project timelines - Managing project scope, planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams while balancing priorities and dependencies - Developing predictive models, statistical analysis, and data visualizations to translate complex data into actionable insights for client teams - Reviewing data quality, data pipelines, and data modeling approaches to support reliable analytics and reporting outputs - Coaching team members on data science workflows, analytical methods, and use of AI-enabled tools to strengthen delivery capabilities - Applying machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning techniques to solve business problems and improve decision support - Collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to identify opportunities for automation, CRM optimization, and data-driven process improvement - Validating technical deliverables, translating findings into clear recommendations, and addressing issues that arise during delivery What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 8 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Systems Engineering - Demonstrating Veeva CRM configuration experience in client-facing settings - Managing data and analytics workstreams across complex transformation initiatives - Leading teams through planning, execution, and deliverable review cycles - Coaching junior colleagues in analytical thinking and problem solving - Applying project management skills to prioritize competing client needs - CRM solution architecture - Commercial operating model design - Release and change governance - Alignment and territory design strategy - Integration architecture across the Veeva suite - Requirements facilitation and business rule arbitration - Client stakeholder management - Executive communication - Team coaching and capability build - Estimation and scoping - Agile programme management - Change management and adoption strategy - Field force effectiveness advisory - Data governance and stewardship model - Understanding of key objects like HCP/HCO, Calls, Call Details, Products, Users, Territories, Samples and Consent - Vendor and Veeva roadmap management - Test strategy and UAT governance - Licence and cost optimisation - Platform performance and scalability oversight - Configuration and design review Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date November 6, 2026 Are you ready to make a difference?
