What you’ll do: Support Finance function modernisation: Help the shift from transaction processing to data-led insights for trusted decision making. Assist in Process Optimisation: Participate in process modernisation, activity analysis, risk and control design, and continuous monitoring. Contribute to Finance System Implementation Support: Assist with business cases, chart of accounts design, program management, and control design/assurance. Support Cost Optimisation initiatives: Help determine operating model and commercial benefits to fund modernisation programs. Assist with Transactional Change: Contribute to pre- or post-deal support including governance, accounting, integration, and synergy realisation. What we’re looking for: Core skills Financial Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in finance, ideally within financial transformation or advisory, and progress towards or completion of a recognised CA qualification. Collaboration and Development: Ability to work effectively within teams and eagerness to learn from and support more senior colleagues. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, assisting with stakeholder engagements. Industry Awareness and Regulatory Understanding: Basic knowledge of industry practices and regulatory requirements, with a willingness to expand expertise in compliance and legal frameworks.
