If you're genuinely passionate about fashion, have a strong interest in product, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow your buying career.

We're seeking a driven and curious individual who combines strong organisational skills with a commercial mindset. You enjoy coordinating multiple tasks, managing details, and keeping things moving in a dynamic environment. Confident in sharing ideas, contributing to discussions, and speaking up when you see opportunities to improve the customer offer, you're eager to learn, open to new ways of working, and motivated by creating the best possible product for our customer. With a genuine interest in fashion, materials, and market trends, you're naturally curious about what's next and enjoy bringing insights and suggestions to the team. You'll help shape products that reflect ARKET's commitment to timeless design, quality, and sustainability.

  •  Monitor sales performance, stock situations, and key business data to support informed buying decisions.
  • Manage and maintain buying systems, product information, and administrative processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support collection development and successful product launches.
  • Contribute ideas, market insights, and trend observations to support continuous improvement of the customer offer.

Who you’ll work with:

As a Junior Buyer, you'll work closely with Buyers, Designers, Pattern Makers, Production teams, Business Controllers, and other key stakeholders across the business. Together, you'll contribute to building thoughtful collections that balance commercial success with ARKET's commitment to quality, longevity, and responsible design.

  • Experience within fashion buying, product development, production, or a similar commercial product-focused role.
  • Strong interest in fashion, trends, customer behaviour, and the retail market, with a curiosity for what's next and an understanding of the wider competitive landscape.
  • Understanding of garment construction, materials, and product development processes.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data and systems, including Excel and product management tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to contribute ideas and recommendations.
  • An educational background in fashion, buying, textiles, product development, or a related field is beneficial, but equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
  • Interest in sustainability and an appreciation for ARKET's approach to timeless, high-quality products.
