Job Description: Key Responsibilities Lead the creative design direction for social media, digital campaigns, and integrated brand communication. Develop strong visual concepts, campaign key visuals, and distinctive design languages that bring brand ideas to life. Drive creative excellence across social media content, digital activations, performance creatives, and brand campaigns. Collaborate closely with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, and account teams to develop impactful creative solutions. Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual narratives that connect with audiences and strengthen brand identity. Stay ahead of emerging design trends, social media culture, AI-powered creative tools, and evolving digital formats. Experiment with new design styles, visual techniques, motion-led storytelling, and platform-native content. Present creative ideas and design approaches confidently to internal stakeholders and clients. Manage multiple brands and projects while ensuring timely delivery without compromising creative quality. Skills & Qualifications 3-4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, digital design, or art direction, preferably within a creative or digital advertising agency. Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, creative campaigns, design craft, and social-first work. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant design tools. Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, composition, colour, branding, and contemporary design aesthetics. Proven ability to conceptualise and execute integrated creative campaigns. Deep understanding of social media platforms, emerging content formats, and digital consumer behaviour. Working knowledge of motion graphics, video content, and interactive design is an advantage. Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in creative ideation and execution. Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
