About the role This position is to support day-to-day Credit and Collections activities by ensuring excellent and compliant daily operations with proper process documentation and issue resolution. The Iberian market is one of the most complex business structures within Diageo having market exceptions and process differences, however as also one of the biggest markets it has a key strategic importance for the company. Proactive cash collection and customer ledger maintenance according to KPIs (coding, texting, reconciliation) is key to succeeding in the role. Handle queries, drive issue resolution (analyze, log, assign, follow-up) to drive customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
