Qualifications: Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in medical device manufacturing, product development, prototyping, or a similar regulated manufacturing environment. Prototyping & Assembly: Experience building developmental components, sub-assemblies, and prototype medical devices using precision tools, microscopes, and specialized assembly techniques. Test Methods: Experience supporting the development and execution of test methods, conducting product testing, and accurately recording technical data. Documentation & Compliance: Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP), manufacturing work instructions, and quality management system requirements. Materials & Processes: Familiarity with materials, equipment, and manufacturing processes commonly used in medical device development and production. Attention to Detail: Demonstrates accuracy and precision when recording data, following procedures, and maintaining quality standards. Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and work with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.
