Job Description: Burger King is looking for motivated, dependable Shift Managers to help lead our restaurant team. As a Shift Manager, you'll help oversee daily restaurant operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest has a great experience. What You'll Do Lead and support team members during assigned shifts. Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner. Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met. Monitor restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and accurate order fulfillment. Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals. Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation. Manage cash handling procedures and complete required reports. Maintain inventory levels and assist with product ordering and stock management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations. Assist with opening, closing, and other operational duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to motivate and develop team members. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Dependable individuals who lead by example. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math and computer skills. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
