Responsibilities Prepare investment proposals that suit clients’ target strategic asset allocation and reflect his or her investment objective and risk profile. Assist Investment Counsellors (ICs) in developing and enhancing relationships with clients though a thorough understanding of their requirements and objectives Liaise and coordinate marketing efforts for ICs with product desk Provide support to the ICs in managing and monitoring clients’ portfolios Gather information on economic, finance or investment matter for use by ICs. Compile recommendation list from the various product team to address client needs. Coordinate meeting and training schedules for the ICs Participate in other duties and projects assigned (e.g. streamline the team’s processes in terms of back-ups and risk management, MIS etc) Requirements Knowledge of modern banking solutions and system architecture. Basic banking and operational knowledge. Knowledge of risk management, credit, operations, finance, compliance and controls Good understanding of financial and investment markets Computer skills like Excel macro is a plus Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think analytically and problem solving across multiple dimensions.
