Responsabilidades: Conduzir o time para alcançar ou superar previsões de vendas e objetivos de execução de chamadas, com foco em cobertura, frequência e qualidade de interação. Colaborar com cada representante para definir metas desafiadoras por território e planos que reflitam prioridades das marcas e oportunidades locais. Antecipar e endereçar obstáculos que possam comprometer o desempenho, mobilizando recursos e parcerias para garantir a continuidade dos resultados. Avaliar progresso individual e do time frente às metas, oferecendo feedback acionável e coaching para acelerar a melhoria contínua. Desenvolver representantes para aprimorar competências e prepará-los para oportunidades de carreira avançadas, incluindo futuras posições de Gerência Distrital. Garantir conformidade com regulamentos aplicáveis a interações com profissionais de saúde, distribuição de amostras e atividades correlatas. Gerenciar alocação de recursos, previsões e desempenho financeiro do distrito, conectando decisões à geração de valor sustentável. Compartilhar aprendizados e influenciar pares em nível nacional para elevar padrões de execução e maximizar o impacto comercial. Habilidades/Experiências Essenciais: Graduação completa.
