Job Description The Lead BMC Core Validation Engineer is responsible for owning the validation strategy and execution for Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) firmware across the product lifecycle. This role works closely with BMC development teams to ensure firmware quality, functionality, and reliability through comprehensive validation planning, execution, and automation. As a technical leader, this role defines validation scope, drives test architecture, and ensures alignment with sprint deliverables and product milestones. The engineer is expected to lead automation initiatives, improve validation efficiency, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams across regions (e.g., Taipei and Austin).
