Rattaché(e) directement à la Directrice Administrative et Financière (DAF), vous jouerez un rôle pivot dans la modernisation de nos processus financiers et le déploiement de solutions IA au sein du pôle. 1. Digitalisation et automatisation du reporting financier Modernisation du Business Intelligence (BI) : Concevoir et optimiser des dashboards dynamiques (Power BI, Tableau ou Looker Studio) pour le suivi des KPI clés (Suivie des PEX, BFR, Chiffre d’affaire, variances budgétaires). Industrialisation du reporting mensuel : Réduire le temps de clôture et de production des boards grâce à des scripts de traitement et d'automatisation (Python, SQL, Power Automate). 2. Intégration de l'IA dans la gestion des transactions et de la trésorerie Prévisions de trésorerie augmentées : Développer ou implémenter des modèles prédictifs (machine learning léger / séries temporelles) pour affiner la modélisation du cash-flow. Optimisation des opérations courantes : Tester et déployer des agents IA (LLM, OCR avancés) pour la lecture automatique de factures, le rapprochement bancaire intelligent et la détection d'anomalies. 3. Veille stratégique et accompagnement au changement Évaluer de nouveaux outils intégrant l'IA générative. Rédiger la documentation technique et accompagner l'équipe financière dans la prise en main de ces nouveaux outils. Are you a MATCH? Formation : Étudiant(e) en Bac+5 (Grande École de Commerce, Grande École d'Ingénieurs, ou double diplôme Finance / Data Science). Compétences Financières : Bonne maîtrise de l'analyse financière, de la modélisation sous GSheet et de la mécanique des états financiers (P&L, Bilans, Cash-Flow). Compétences Techniques & IA : Connaissance du fonctionnement et la logique des ERP dans notre cas MD365 Maîtrise avancée de Power BI (ou outil BI équivalent) et de la modélisation de données (DAX, SQL). Maîtrise des outils pour l'analyse de données et le scripting d'automatisation. Utilisation avancée de l’utilisation de de l’IA (environment google) et techniques d'extraction de données. Savoir-être : Grande rigueur, discrétion et respect de la confidentialité des données financières. Curiosité technique, autonomie et force de proposition. Excellent esprit de synthèse et aisance rédactionnelle.
