Au cours de votre stage, vous serez pleinement intégré(e) à l’équipe Global Process Risk Management et participerez activement aux projets clés de sécurité des procédés. Vous contribuerez au développement et à l'optimisation des méthodes d'ingénierie de sécurité des procédés, garantissant ainsi une maîtrise optimale et efficace des risques sur nos installations à l’échelle globale. Dans ce cadre, vous collaborerez étroitement avec des spécialistes en procédés et en sécurité des procédés issus des différents centres d'ingénierie Air Liquide Engineering & Construction à travers le monde. Participer à la finalisation du projet « PHA Transition » : projet d’envergure groupe visant à réaliser des analyses de risques via la méthodes HAZOP/LOPA sur différentes technologies du groupe (ex. unités de séparation des gaz de l'air par voie cryogénique, unités de décarbonatation, etc.). Déployer le plan MOC (Management of Change) associé au projet Transition dans nos méthode d'analyse des risques industriels : création de supports de communication et de conduite du changement pour accompagner les équipes. Établir la liste des EIS (Éléments Importants pour la Sécurité) dans la continuité de la cette transition et les éléments de sensibilisation pour nos équipes: identification des barrières physiques de sécurité sélectionnées lors des revues HAZOP/LOPA, sensibilisation à leur rôle critique et collaboration avec les lignes de produits pour formaliser les listes EIS spécifiques à chaque produit. Développer un outil digital pour la réalisation des pre-start up safety reviews sur nos projets c'est à dire les audits que nous réalisons sur les projet en phase démarrage pour assurer que l'usine et en état d'avancement et de finalisation suffisant pour un démarrage en sécurité.: L’outil simplifiera la façon dont ces revues sont faites Are you a MATCH?
