Lead RFI and RFP responses, setting best-practice standards for compliance, content quality, review cycles, version control and submission readiness. Facilitate kick-offs, solution and commercial reviews, red-team reviews, executive checkpoints and final sign-off, driving timely decisions and constructive challenge. Ensure proposals balance customer value, solution feasibility, contractual position, risk and profitability, with clear assumptions and approval trails. Build and maintain reusable bid assets, response libraries, templates, playbooks and lessons learned to improve quality, speed and consistency across future pursuits. Track the strategic bid portfolio, identify delivery risks early and provide concise reporting on progress, decisions, dependencies and required interventions. Use win/loss reviews and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, strengthen bid capability and continuously improve the enterprise deal process.
