What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned):
- Prepares, portions, and labels ingredients according to standardized recipes and instructions.
- Ensures all prep areas and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and organized according to company policies and OSHA standards.
- Practices safe handling, storage, and rotation of all food items (FIFO), ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Assists line cooks and chefs with basic preparation tasks as needed.
- Maintains proper labeling and dating of all prepared items according to safety guidelines.
- Follows all kitchen procedures to uphold quality standards for food consistency.
- Supports receiving and storage of deliveries, including stocking, rotating, and verifying product quality.
- Communicates any product shortages or equipment issues to kitchen leadership promptly.

What we’re looking for:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the USA.
- High School diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
- 0–2 years of related kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to follow directions, complete repetitive tasks efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to delight guests by anticipating needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
- Consistently caring and respectful attitude toward internal and external customers
- Act as a gracious host to all guests

- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, pushing, pulling, and use of fine and gross motor skills.
