This is a role responsible for building and leading a high-performing engineering organisation that delivers secure, scalable, and innovative solutions supporting the end-to-end customer lifecycle. What you will own Collaboratively develop the features and engineering capabilities for Hosted Payment Pages. We aim to employ automation wherever necessary. Collaborate in all stages of development from requirement discussions with the Product Owner to the deployment of the feature in the cloud. Join the on-call rota to support the highly available products developed by the squad. Collaborate with your fellow engineers from other squads to make decisions around technologies, patterns, and approaches to adopt. What you bring Experience with front-end technologies, such as React, Webpack, TypeScript, Redux, and Material UI. Experience building and operating large scale and highly available microservices deployed to the cloud. Experience building microservices with latest versions of Docker, Spring Boot and Java. Experience with unit testing and BDD frameworks, such as JUnit, Cucumber and Jest. An engineering skillset that is focused on quality regardless of the activity.
