SIXT Australia is on the lookout for a Full Time Concierge (38 hours per week) to join the team at Brisbane Airport.

Your Role
- You will provide a warm and professional greeting to customers returning vehicles, facilitating a smooth and efficient exit process.
- You will deliver an exemplary customer experience by responding promptly to customer needs, offering assistance with luggage, or answering questions.
- You will inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and ensure they meet company standards before being prepared for the next rental.
Your Skills
- Service Excellence: You thrive on delighting customers, making them feel welcome, and handling every concern with professional care.
- Time management: You will have demonstrated ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Flexibility: You are willing to work a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Communication: You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: You will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.
As part of our recruitment process, successful applicants will be required to complete a National Criminal History Check and a pre-employment medical check, including drug and alcohol screening. Please note that all candidates will need a current provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia.
