Find your future at Revvity Job Role and Responsibilities: Payroll Processing & Administration Manage monthly payroll cycles for assigned entities Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery Process new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, benefits, and statutory deductions Validate payroll outputs, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to payroll regulations, social security requirements, and collective bargaining agreements Prepare and submit statutory filings Support year-end processes, including annual reconciliations and employee tax documentation Maintain audit-ready payroll records and documentation Stakeholder Management & Communication Serve as the primary payroll contact for the assigned entities — respond to payslip queries, tax questions, and benefit inquiries submitted via HR Solvee (ticketing system) Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and local management to resolve payroll issues Provide clear, professional communication in both French and English to employees and vendors Process Improvement & Team Collaboration Identify opportunities to streamline payroll workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., HRIS implementations, payroll system upgrades) Provide backup support for other team members during peak periods or absences Basic Qualifications: 3–5 years of payroll experience, ideally including Belgium, France and/or Netherlands payroll Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) — ability to communicate confidently with employees, vendors, and stakeholders in both languages Strong servicing mindset, feeling at ease when answering payroll inquiries from employees, managers, business unit controllers, vendors and governmental agencies, both in writing and over the phone Solid understanding of payroll calculations, accounting, taxation, and finance concepts as it relates to payroll in France Experience working with external payroll vendors and managing vendor relationships Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation) and payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms preferred) High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Good knowledge and practice in using Workday as a central HRIS platform Understanding of multi-country payroll operations and cross-border compliance considerations Personal Attributes: Proactive and solution-oriented — you take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution Collaborative team player — you thrive in a remote, multicultural environment and enjoy working with colleagues across time zones Adaptable and resilient — you handle change well and remain calm under pressure during peak payroll periods Continuous learner — you stay current on payroll regulations, technology, and best practices What we offer: Private healthcare including dental care Life and long-term disability insurance Social benefits: Gym card (MULTISPORT), Christmas vouchers, vacation and childcare subsidies Allowance for working from home, Possibility to borrow a screen, a chair, and other IT devices from the office, Tuition reimbursement, Referral awards, Internal career development opportunities in multiple business areas, Modern office facility in Cracow including parking lot … and up to 4 additional days of vacation #LI-Remote Revvity is a developer and provider of end-to-end solutions designed to help scientists, researchers, and clinicians solve the world’s greatest health challenges.
