Find your future at Revvity Atividades · Suporte ao cliente com instrumentos da REVVITY · Realizar interface de dados e resultados · Efetuar manutenções de usuário para manter o funcionamento dos equipamentos · Trabalhar em contato com a matriz da Finlândia e nos Estados Unidos, a fim de obter maior agilidade na solução dos casos. · Suporte ao líder da área no plano de visitas periódicas aos clientes diretos, assim como registro e apuração das métricas de aplicação . · Ministrar treinamentos nos clientes e no Centro de Excelência da PerkinElmer. · Analisar, controlar e registrar chamados de aplicação e eventualmente de serviços para as linhas de produtos. · Manter contato de assessoria cientifica com distribuidores na América Latina. · Treinar todo o time de serviços. · Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas dos equipamentos.
