Key Responsibilities: Principales responsabilidades: Liderar la estrategia nacional de sostenibilidad, alianzas y posicionamiento institucional. Desarrollar y fortalecer alianzas con empresas, donantes, organismos de cooperación y otros actores estratégicos. Impulsar la movilización de recursos financieros y no financieros. Dirigir las estrategias de comunicaciones, marketing y posicionamiento de marca. Representar a la organización en espacios nacionales, regionales e internacionales. Supervisar indicadores, oportunidades de financiamiento y generación de reportes estratégicos. Liderar y desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño orientados a resultados. Requisitos: Maestría en Relaciones Internacionales, Administración, Desarrollo Internacional, Marketing, Comunicación o carreras afines. Mínimo 7 años de experiencia liderando sostenibilidad, alianzas estratégicas, captación de fondos, comunicaciones o desarrollo institucional. Experiencia comprobada en negociación con sector privado, cooperación internacional y gestión de marca. Conocimientos sólidos en fundraising, responsabilidad social empresarial, marketing social y comunicación institucional. Dominio avanzado de inglés y español, oral y escrito. Disponibilidad para viajes nacionales e internacionales. Competencias clave: Liderazgo estratégico. Negociación de alto nivel. Orientación a resultados. Innovación y visión de sostenibilidad.
