As part of the leadership team, you'll work a rolling rota and 5 shifts over 7 including weekend working between 14.00 and midnight. What qualities you’ll need: Drive strategy into action: Planning a execute trading activity on the shopfloor during twilight shift by ensuring great availability standards and key metrics and KRAs through routine and process. Lead with impact: Leading and coaching colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards whilst creating a culture of selling our customers with personality, serving with heart and pride, and get one more item in every basket. Execution-focused: Ensuring shopfloor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to night team.
