Sharing your knowledge and love of our region, you will anticipate guest needs and offer recommendations that make their stays even more special. This is a 12-month fixed term contract, commencing December 2026.
What you will bring to the role:
- A service-focused personality is essential, with the ability to connect with guests through story telling and anticipation of needs
- Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a similar Property Management System
- Unrestricted full driver’s license, with confidence driving both automatic and manual cars is an advantage
- Fluency in English language, both written and verbal; additional languages are an asset
- Must have Responsible Service of Alcohol certification or be willing to obtain
- Availability to work days, nights, weekends, public holidays essential
