Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
Follow spa health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Recommend spa products and additional treatments when appropriate.
Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism.
Ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests.
Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related field.
Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or hotel is preferred.
Knowledge of massage techniques, facials, and body treatments.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Ability to understand and meet clients' needs.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
