Details: Startdatum: Januar 2027 Standort: Meerbusch, Deutschland Dauer: 6 Monate Arbeitszeit: 16 Stunden/Woche Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid mit regelmäßiger Präsenz vor Ort im Büro in Meerbusch Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt: Unterstützung der Vorbereitung, Koordination und Bearbeitung von ambulanten Erstattungsanträgen, die bei gesetzlichen Krankenversicherungsanbietern eingereicht werden. Unterstützung bei administrativen Fallmanagement-Aktivitäten, einschließlich Dokumentation, Bewerbungsverfolgung und Nachverfolgungsmaßnahmen. Unterstützung der Koordination der Kommunikation mit Krankenversicherungen, Krankenhäusern, Arztpraxen und Patienten zur Unterstützung der Erstattungsprozesse. Erforderliches Wissen und Fähigkeiten: Ein Bachelor- oder Master-Studium in Gesundheitsmanagement, Gesundheitsökonomie, Gesundheitswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (geschrieben und gesprochen) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. Kompetenz in Microsoft Office-Anwendungen, einschließlich Excel, Word, PowerPoint und Outlook. Starke organisatorische, kommunikative und teamorientierte Fähigkeiten mit einem strukturierten und serviceorientierten Ansatz. Fähigkeit, vertrauliche Informationen mit hoher Genauigkeit und Detailgenauigkeit zu verwalten. Vorteilhaft wären: Kenntnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems oder der Erstattungsprozesse. Vorherige akademische oder praktische Erfahrungen mit Gesundheitsverwaltung, Gesundheitsökonomie oder erstattungsbezogenen Themen.
