El/la Operario/a de Producción Nivel IV ejecuta de forma autónoma y lidera actividades complejas de fabricación aséptica, preparación, formulación, filtración, llenado y esterilización de equipos, así como actividades de mejora continua dentro del área de Producción. Trabaja de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos y en cumplimiento de los requisitos de cGMP, AEMPS, FDA y otras autoridades regulatorias, garantizando la calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de los planes de producción. El puesto requiere un alto nivel de conocimiento técnico, autonomía, atención al detalle y capacidad de liderazgo, normalmente adquirido tras un periodo mínimo de formación de aproximadamente cinco años. Responsabilidades principales Ejecutar y liderar actividades de fabricación aséptica en Grade A/B, C y D, incluyendo preparación y montaje, formulación, filtración, llenado, sanitización y desinfección. Liderar actividades de SIP, incluyendo equipos y sistemas esterilizables complejos, así como apoyar la cualificación de equipos y procesos. Operar y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de producción, siguiendo SOPs, guías de fabricación y requisitos GMP. Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, calidad, GMP y requisitos regulatorios aplicables. Gestionar y mantener correctamente la documentación GMP, incluyendo batch records, logbooks y registros asociados. Participar en investigaciones de desviaciones, CAPAs, controles de cambios y otros eventos de calidad, así como en inspecciones regulatorias y de clientes. Identificar y promover oportunidades de mejora continua y colaborar con otros departamentos cuando sea necesario. Gestionar la preparación y disponibilidad de materiales y consumibles necesarios para producción. Mantener los estándares de limpieza, orden y control de las áreas de producción clasificadas y no clasificadas. Mantener las cualificaciones requeridas, incluyendo gowning y Media Fill, y aplicar correctamente las técnicas asépticas. Proporcionar formación y soporte técnico a Técnicos de Nivel III. Actuar como backup del Supervisor/a de Turno, asumiendo las responsabilidades delegadas cuando sea necesario.
