Du identifizierst Verschwendung und optimierst Prozesse mithilfe bewährter Lean-Methoden und -Werkzeuge, unter anderem 5S, Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Du initiierst, steuerst und moderierst Verbesserungsprojekte im Werk und stellst die nachhaltige Umsetzung der Ergebnisse sicher Du unterstützt bei strukturierten Problemlösungen und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen zur Schließung von Zielabweichungen ab Du arbeitest eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um Produktivitätspotenziale zu realisieren Du entwickelst die Lean- und Continuous-Improvement-Kompetenz der Organisation durch Trainings, Coaching und praxisnahe Begleitung weiter.
