Position Summary The Early Neuro Translational IPS team implements disease progression models with biomarkers in Alzheimer’s cohort data to stage patients and identify progression subtypes. Key Responsibilities Harmonize multi-cohort Alzheimer’s disease biomarker data. Apply a modeling algorithm for disease staging and subtyping. Compare results with other approaches and communicate findings. Qualifications & Experience Current PhD student in computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics or a related field, with experience analyzing biomedical data.
