Job Description As an Auto Property Damage Litigation adjuster, you will be investigating automobile accidents involving single or multiple vehicles, which result in property damage with attorney representation/litigation involved. You will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout your day. Customer and attorney communication will take place through different channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages. Through the utilization of innovative platforms and tools, you will engage in negotiation processes to reach fair settlements with all parties involved. Key Responsibilities Evaluates, negotiates and settles complex unrepresented, represented and/or litigation claims in accordance with business unit best practices Collaborates with defense counsel to establish negotiation and litigation strategies Establishes and adjusts reserves, documents rationale and claim summary notes Manages, researches, and resolves communications, concerns, conflicts or issues Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations and decision-making process Experience 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities This job does not have supervisory duties. Remote Home-Based Work: This position is a permanent remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States.
