Your role:
The Retail Marketing Manager is a vital role within the INEOS Automotive Global marketing team. The primary focus of this position is to collaborate with INEOS retailers, the Global marketing team, and the Americas leadership team to foster programs that drive incremental brand awareness, consideration, and ultimately sales conversion at the retail level. This includes managing co-op programs and delivering impactful local test drive and display events in coordination with INEOS retailers across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Retail & Tactical Marketing: Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to create retail and tactical marketing programs that drive brand awareness and consideration via the strategic use of digital assets, experiential events, and local retailer marketing initiatives.
- Performance Campaigns: Spearhead the planning and execution of targeted local performance campaigns.
- Website Compliance: Maintain and ensure brand compliance across all Retailer Websites.
- Co-op Program Management: Manage and evolve the retailer co-op program, ensuring strict program compliance and optimal fund utilization.
- Content Creator Strategy: Liaise with the global brand agency and key stakeholders to develop and execute a localized content creator strategy germane to the Americas marketplace.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly within an open, trusting, and fast-paced environment alongside the Global and Americas Marketing teams, working as a unified unit dedicated to the success of the Americas market.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Education: BS/BA degree required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of retail marketing experience.
- Communications & Media: Solid background in marketing communications and media within a B2B2C environment.
- Industry Background: Automotive experience is highly desirable; however, candidates with broader cross-sector retail marketing experience are strongly preferred.
- Performance Track Record: A proven, demonstrable track record in delivering qualified leads and driving sales performance.
- Agency Management: Demonstrated experience partnering with external agencies to successfully manage and deliver multi-faceted projects.
- Work Style: Highly collaborative with the agility to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Location & Travel: This is an office-based position located in Montvale, New Jersey, requiring occasional travel across the Americas.
