Overview

Seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, hands-on Quality Assurance Analyst to support a multi-year C-Band spectrum clearing program. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, organization, and audit readiness of critical project data and documentation supporting FCC compliance and reimbursement requirements. The analyst will manage Salesforce data and reporting, develop comprehensive documentation packages, establish and maintain document taxonomies and repositories, and implement workflow automations and process improvements to enhance accuracy, completeness, efficiency, and audit readiness. Success in this role requires strong technical and analytical capabilities combined with a willingness to personally execute detailed, high-volume data entry, document validation, and records management activities. This is a remote role working EST hours. Minimal travel may be required. All qualified candidates MUST be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship or visa transfers. Please note that we do not work C2C.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on Salesforce data entry, record maintenance, validation, reconciliation, and reporting across multiple sites and vendors.
  • Collect, organize, validate, and maintain infrastructure designs, engineering records, vendor activities, equipment documentation, testing results, proof of completion, invoices, and supporting evidence.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive site-level documentation packages supporting FCC regulatory submissions, reimbursement claims, and audit requirements.
  • Validate and reconcile engineering records, vendor activities, completion evidence, invoices, and Salesforce data to ensure accurate, complete, and traceable documentation; identify unsupported costs, duplicates, and discrepancies.
  • Establish and maintain document taxonomies, metadata standards, naming conventions, repository structures, version controls, retention practices, and audit trails.
  • Develop standardized package acceptance criteria, documentation checklists, and quality controls to verify required evidence, approvals, and supporting records.
  • Conduct pre-submission mock audits to evaluate package completeness, evidence sufficiency, data accuracy, and audit readiness; track deficiencies and coordinate remediation through resolution.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce, including fields, validation rules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and site/vendor tracking records.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain workflow automations using Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint, or comparable technologies to streamline document intake, validation, approvals, reporting, and package assembly.
  • Develop dashboards, exception reports, and trackers to monitor documentation completeness, package readiness, outstanding deficiencies, and reporting gaps.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance data integrity, documentation quality, operational efficiency, and compliance readiness.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineering, finance, procurement, and vendors to obtain missing documentation, resolve discrepancies, and support timely project delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in data management, quality assurance, document control, project coordination, compliance reporting, or related operational support.
  • Strong Salesforce experience, including data entry, record maintenance, data validation, reporting, and configuration.
  • Demonstrated experience developing document taxonomies, classification structures, metadata standards, and organized document repositories.
  • Ability to design, build, and test workflow automations using Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable tools.
  • Experience with documentation quality assurance, financial record reconciliation, audit evidence validation, and maintaining accurate, traceable records.
  • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, tracking, and reporting; PowerPoint proficiency required.
  • Experience with SharePoint or comparable enterprise document management systems preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical capabilities, organizational discipline, and ability to manage high volumes of detailed, repetitive data and documentation activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to identify process inefficiencies and implement practical improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, and consistently deliver accurate, complete, audit-ready work products.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across technical, operational, financial, and vendor teams.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications, satellite infrastructure, C-Band clearing, FCC compliance, or regulated infrastructure programs a plus.
  • Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience a plus.
  • Successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Education
