Work with delivery teams to communicate the agreed scope, key client requirements, assumptions, design considerations and commitments made during the sales process. Help maintain alignment between what is demonstrated, what is proposed and what can realistically be delivered. Workday & Market Expertise Maintain a strong understanding of the Workday HCM product landscape and evolving capabilities. Keep up to date with developments in HR technology, digital employee experience, HR operating models, AI, automation and workforce analytics.
