We are currently looking for VNA drivers to join our team based at our Rotherham National Distribution Centre. You will play a crucial role in the accurate and efficient assembly of customers' orders. We are seeking motivated, friendly, hard-working individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment. Shifts time available: 0600 - 1800 Days, 4on 4off Pattern Pay Rates: £14.20 p/h Days Responsibilities: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch in line with company procedures Carry out stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records Ensure the warehouse is clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations Assist with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles efficiently Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational targets Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety issues promptly to management Follow all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations and safety Essential Skills and Experience: Fully accredited VNA license Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Ability to work physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing Basic IT skills for data entry and scanning tasks Working Conditions: Fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment Physically demanding role with manual handling In return we offer: An opportunity to join a global brand and market leader.
