What You'll Do Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair information to troubleshoot concerns Communicate repair findings with the service team Maintain accurate repair documentation Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures and safety standards Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment What You'll Bring 3+ years of prior automotive technician experience ASE certification(s) or equivalent automotive certifications required Experience identifying and diagnosing mechanical concerns A commitment to providing quality work that supports a positive customer experience Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Flat Rate Range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
