This individual is responsible for training, and development of all sales staff. The Sales Manager reports to the General Manager. Ensure sales goals are attained Manage daily activity and training of the sales staff Ensure sales people are engaging with customers Address and resolve customer concerns What You'll Bring 2 or more years of dealership Sales Manager experience Must have a track record with an exceptional CSI Strong communication and customer engagement skills Key driver of performance, culture, and customer experience.
