Manages day-to-day product operations and ensures business targets are achieved. Acts as the primary product representative within the country leadership team. Responsible for ensuring country product capabilities, resources, and expertise meet business requirements. Owns local carrier, and operational relationships related to product performance. Reports to Country Managing Director and Regional Product owner. What You Bring: Fluency in local language and professional working proficiency in English, required to manage local commercial and operational stakeholders while coordinating with regional and global Air Freight teams. Relationship Management: Strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with core carriers and GSAs, fostering collaboration, and driving performance improvements. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global carrier policies, industry regulations, and market trends, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning. Negotiation Expertise: Demonstrated negotiation skills in securing favorable rates and agreements with carriers, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. Analytical Aptitude: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information and ideas to diverse audiences.
